His strong work ethic and concept of a job done well have always resonated in my life. From a young age I was curious how things worked. I would take things apart, repair and rebuild them. Building and woodworking were natural developments with rewarding results. Working for neighbors and college professors, I developed a passion for things of permanence. Homes to live in and furniture for generation. This tangible love for building and woodworking continues 30 years later. In this world of speed and ease that we live in, building and woodworking are still procedures that require technique, artistry, and passion.
