We worked with Saranac Builders Corp. on a soup-to-nuts exterior renovation of our mid-century modern home in Pound Ridge. Over a year-long period, we collaborated with Tim to determine the project's scope, materials and timing. Ultimately, the SBC team executed on a plan that replaced our roof and gutter systems, replaced the balance of our windows, replaced two exterior doors and two sliding doors, replaced worn T-111 siding with white pine board-and-batten siding and replaced our large rear deck.
